Payment Method
RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT accepts only online payment through credit card, debit card. We do not accept the Cash On Delivery right now.
Shipping Policy
Raghunath Art & Craft provides free shipping for all E-Commerce orders across India. Following are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of products.
Dispatch: Raghunath Art & Craft will dispatch products for orders received within 7 working days from the date of order. Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway/bank.
Delivery: We ship the products through DTDC services. Expected delivery time is 7 days from dispatch. The delivery time may exceed for remote locations.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT accepts returns only in following cases:
- Products are received in damaged condition.
- Products received are different from those ordered
- In any of these cases, customer can return the products to RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT. RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT will replace the product within 30 working days.
- Customer should adhere to following guidelines for returning products:
- Please inform RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT customer care through email or phone immediately on the receipt of the product about damage or problems on phone no: Contact Us.
- Please retain original packing including tags, labels and products should be returned in the same conditions as delivered. Please note that if any wear/tear, altercations to products are found which are obvious to be done by customer, return won’t be accepted.
- Based on the instructions from RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT executives, customer can ship the product through courier back to RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT.
- Please ship the courier to following address E-Commerce Customer Support, The RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT Store, Bhubaneswar.
- Please mention your name, order number and mobile number on the box Customer should intimate about the courier and tracking ID to RAGHUNATH ART & CRAFT customer care team as soon as products are dispatched.
